Overview

In this role you provide a high-quality business support function for the Continuing Healthcare team, coordinating eligibility and care reviews through liaison with clinical and partner organisations. You manage the CHC inbox, logging referrals and updating outcomes, while supporting queries and duty line calls. You may take minutes for the Dispute Panel and will receive full training. This position sits in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on efficient, accurate processing to support patient funding and reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the CHC generic inbox and route messages to the right team members
  • Log incoming referrals into relevant systems and update outcomes after assessments
  • Respond to queries from partner organisations (social services, hospitals, care providers)
  • Handle duty line phone inquiries as part of the main business support team
  • Take minutes for the Dispute Panel on occasion
  • Coordinate scheduling and liaison with clinical teams for eligibility and care reviews
  • Support overall administrative processes to ensure adherence to review schedules
