b Overview /b p In this role you lead psychological care within Pinetree Court Hospital, guiding MDT assessment, formulation, and intervention for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. You will champion evidence-based pathways, Positive Behaviour Support, and a least-restrictive approach to help individuals progress toward community living. You will work across disciplines to ensure integrated, high-quality care and drive service development and outcomes. This is a chance to shape psychological practice in a specialist hospital with a strong focus on governance and innovation. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Provide strategic and clinical leadership to the MDT and ensure robust clinical governance across all clinical activities /li li Guide assessment, formulation and treatment delivery by multidisciplinary clinicians delivering psychological interventions /li li Develop, implement and evaluate an evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support programme with the MDT /li li Embed positive approaches to challenging behaviour into the organisational culture and operations /li li Ensure clinical input is integrated with treatment plans and collaboratively works with nursing staff /li li Offer practice leadership across the hospital and respond to on-site clinical situations during hours /li li Support compliance with Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act, including capacity assessments /li li Contribute to service evaluation, quality improvement and innovative, outcome-focused practice across the hospital and wider organisation /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Significant post-qualification experience in learning disability and/or autism services /li li Experience in Positive Behaviour Support, psychological formulation, consultation, supervision and service development /li li Commitment to person-centred care and improving quality of life outcomes /li li Ability to deliver clinical supervision, staff training and leadership to multidisciplinary teams /li li Contribute to service evaluation, quality improvement and innovation across the hospital and organisation /li li Current UK professional registration /li /ul ul li Multidisciplinary collaboration /li li Strategic leadership /li li Effective communication /li li Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) /li li Psychological formulation /li li Clinical supervision /li /ul
