Based within the Frimley Park Hospital maternity service, this role provides professional, clinical and operational leadership to a dedicated team of community midwives delivering high-quality care to women and families across the locality.As Community Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting service delivery, staff development and workforce wellbeing while ensuring safe, effective and compassionate care.
