Job summaryTo provide clinical leadership, support and supervision to clinical staff within the Community Mental Health Team. To support an identified team of practitioners with advice and guidance on the management of complex and difficult to engage cases.To work over both Bury CMHT which may include carrying a small complex caseload. To support the CMHT identify any Service Users who need to be transferred to other service provision, to the review clinic or discharged back to the care of their GP.To develop and maintain effective working relationships with other services including Community Alcohol and Drugs teams, Mental Health Liaison Team, Primary Care Networks, and the third sector.To ensure that Clinical Documentation is in place for Service Users and to a high standard.
