Pay / Benefits
- Act as Superintendent Pharmacist in line with legislation, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure safe, effective operations and full compliance with GPhC standards, NHS Wales contracts, and company policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to the pharmacy team
- Develop, implement, and review Standard Operating Procedures and governance processes
- Lead development and expansion of enhanced clinical services for the local community
- Collaborate with GP practices and healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
