Job summaryAt CHEC, we're now looking for a commercially-minded and technically capable Marketing Operations and MarTec Lead to build and optimise the systems, processes and technology that power our marketing function.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our marketing infrastructure, leading the development of HubSpot, CRM strategy, automation, reporting, marketing services and emerging AI capabilities across our growing healthcare brands.

Main duties of the jobReporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and continually improving the operational framework that enables Marketing to deliver measurable commercial results.
You'll act as the organisation's HubSpot and CRM expert, overseeing platform development, customer journeys, reporting, data quality and marketing automation, whilst identifying opportunities to leverage AI and technology to drive efficiency and enhance team capability.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and would suit someone who enjoys building processes, solving complexity and making marketing teams more effective.
