Job summaryWe have invested in developing innovative and digital ways of working to support our clinicians and effectively manage patient demand.

Clinicians are welcome to develop their specialist areas of interest and we are always interested in taking on GP's who wish to develop new and more fulfilling ways of working, especially with a digital focus.

We are closely involved with our Primary Care Networks (PCN's) and take an active role in their growth and development. The exciting work we are able to do at a PCN level enables us to work at a community level to improve population health across our PCN's as well as improve the range of services our patients are able to access.

Accordingly the Job Description, Person Specification and the Employment Contract all reflect this new model of working.

Main duties of the jobTo provide personal medical services to the registered practice population and to ensure that targets are met in terms of activity and quality in line with the PMS / GMS / APMS or any other contract that may exist.
