Overview
In this role you will provide specialist assessment and treatment within Bolton’s Community Mental Health Team for adults with severe mental health conditions. You will join a sectorised service and collaborate with other General Adult Psychiatrists to deliver patient-centered care across a defined catchment. The position offers established infrastructure, including secretarial support and access to core trainees, within a large NHS foundation trust known for innovation in mental health. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-quality community care and professional development in a busy, multidisciplinary environment.
Pay / Benefits
- 30% pay enhancement for evenings (8pm+), Saturdays
- 60% pay enhancement for Sundays and bank holidays

Key requirements
- Medical Degree
- Specialist Register GMC
- MRCPsych or equivalent approved by Royal College of Psychiatrists (desirable)
- Approved Clinician (desirable)
- Current UK professional registration
- Disclosure and Barring Service check requirement (CRB/DBS)
- Certificate of Sponsorship for skilled workers (if applicable)
