In this Team Manager role, you will lead a multidisciplinary adult CMHT to deliver integrated, recovery‑oriented care. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive service development, and ensure delivery of clinical pathways within CMHT procedures. You will participate in the Community Services Management Team and contribute to on‑call rotas, shaping high‑quality, safe care for service users. Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operational management, leadership, and development of a multidisciplinary CMHT
- Ensure delivery of functional clinical pathways as outlined in CMHT SOP
- Participate in the Community Services Management Team for overall management of community-based mental health services
- Participate in on‑site/on‑call rota as required
Key requirements
- Professional qualification and current registration with a recognized professional body
- Management/leadership experience
- Experience in supervising staff
- Desirable: experience in service improvement
- Desirable: evidence of further training or postgraduate qualification
