Overview
In this role you will leadMobile CT & MRI services across the UK to ensure safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient-centred care. You will provide clinical and operational leadership, coordinating multiple sites and collaborating with NHS and private partners. The position focuses on continuous improvement, service delivery excellence, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic, cross-border team. This is a chance to shape mobile imaging operations and patient outcomes through impactful, hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities
- Provide operational and clinical leadership across multiple mobile CT and MRI services
- Ensure safe, effective, high-quality imaging at all locations
- Lead and develop radiology teams and support staff
- Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
- Monitor KPIs, patient throughput and quality metrics
- Maintain relationships with NHS Trusts and private providers
- Ensure regulatory compliance (HCPC, CQC, IR(ME)R, Health & Safety)
- Support mobilisation of new contracts and service expansions
- Investigate incidents and manage risk; drive continuous improvement
- Participate in on-call rota for out-of-hours leadership
Key requirements
- BSc in Diagnostic Radiography with HCPC registration
- Leadership qualification or equivalent experience
- Desirable: RPS training, Caldicott guardian training
- Current UK professional registration
- Experience in radiology leadership and service delivery
