Overview
In this Clinical Team Lead role, you will drive clinical excellence and operational leadership within the Adult Mental Health Team in Bicester.
You will work closely with psychiatrists, the Team Manager, and a multidisciplinary group to deliver evidence-based care in community and home settings.
You will lead complex clinical work, supervise staff, and coordinate urgent triage and assessments.
This is a senior position in a new MDT, offering impact on patient outcomes and service development.

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and advance clinical practice for the team
- Oversee a small caseload and supervise staff performance and development
- Lead AMHT Duty, Triage and assessment functions within MDT to ensure timely care
- Undertake clinical duties including assessments, risk assessments, and duty shifts
- Liaise with other services and stakeholders; deputise for Team Manager as required
- Key requirements
- RMN or OT registered
- Band 7 level experience in clinical leadership
- Experience with adults with acute mental illness
- Specialist knowledge of community mental health
