Part-time Salaried GP required for Leven & Beeford Medical Practice, a friendly, fully dispensing rural practice with four partners. You will deliver the full range of primary care services in a supportive team, with flexible hours and a competitive salary. Responsibilities
- Conduct surgery, telephone and video consultations (including Accurx)
- Develop care plans and provide counselling/health education
- Assess undifferentiated health issues and apply evidence-based guidelines
- Manage prescriptions (repeat and acute) and ensure accurate notes
- Participate in audits, data collection and record-keeping
- Attend meetings and training; comply with policies and data protection guidance
- Infection control and safeguarding duties; maintain clean, safe practice environments
Key requirements
- Qualified GP MBBS (or equivalent)
- MRCGP or CCT with full GMC registration
- National Performers List registration
- Eligibility to practice in the UK independently
- Experience in primary care; commitment to CPD
- Desirable: 2+ years as salaried GP; QOF, clinical audit, medicines management
- Desirable: EMIS system experience
- Excellent communication (written and oral)
