In this Salaried GP role, you provide high-quality, patient-centred care across GP sites within the Bath Independents PCN. You’ll work in a flexible hybrid model with face-to-face, remote, and telephone consultations, supporting both acute and chronic conditions. You’ll collaborate with a strong multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated pathways and population health initiatives. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred clinical care across PCN sites
- Conduct face-to-face consultations and remote/telephone/video consultations
- Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Initiate investigations, interpret results and develop management plans
- Prescribe safely according to local and national guidance
- Review pathology results and clinical correspondence
- Refer patients to secondary care and community services
- Participate in management of long-term conditions and home visits when appropriate
- Contribute to enhanced services and population health initiatives
Key requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
- Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise
- MRCGP or equivalent
- Inclusion on NHS England Medical Performers List
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
- Experience of working within UK General Practice
- Excellent consultation and clinical decision-making skills
- Experience with electronic patient record systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
