Collaboration with the Practice Manager and clinical lead is essential in reviewing the surgery action plan, managing patient satisfaction, list growth, and cost management. Preferred candidates should hold current GMC registration and NHS Performers List, have GP accreditation, and understand QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs, possibly with knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb.
