b Overview /b p In this role you will provide technical leadership for the Shared Patient Record, ensuring secure, reliable and fit-for-purpose interoperability services. You will drive system enhancements, integrations and data-sharing capabilities, acting as the SME for interoperability architecture. You will collaborate with NHS partners, clinical and governance teams, and suppliers to support ambitious national and regional interoperability priorities, including NHS App integration and the SPR agenda. You will diagnose complex incidents, manage testing and releases, and shape future roadmaps with a focus on patient care and information sharing. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li hybrid working /li li flexible working options /li li staff wellbeing and development priority /li li work with NHS partners /li li opportunity to influence digital health strategies /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead design, configuration, testing and implementation of system enhancements and data-sharing capabilities /li li Act as technical SME for interoperability architecture, data flows, interfaces, APIs, FHIR, HL7 and GP Connect /li li Investigate and resolve complex incidents, data quality and patient-matching issues /li li Manage testing, release management, upgrades and change assurance to ensure service continuity /li li Monitor performance, interfaces, access controls, audit requests and Master Patient Index /li li Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams and operational procedures /li li Manage relationships with Oracle Health Cerner and other suppliers, including incidents and improvement plans /li li Coordinate onboarding of new organisations and data-sharing partners /li li Collaborate with clinical, operational, technical and information governance colleagues /li li Provide expert technical advice to governance groups and interoperability forums /li li Support future interoperability roadmaps, NHS App integration and SPR priorities /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Significant experience in interoperability, integration or digital healthcare systems within a complex healthcare environment /li li Proven delivery of technical developments, upgrades and integrations including requirements gathering, testing and deployment /li li Experience working with clinical, operational, information governance and supplier stakeholders /li li Experience coordinating third-party suppliers and incident/change management /li li Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills /li li Ability to translate clinical/operational needs into technical designs and implementation plans /li li Knowledge of NHS digital services, ICS and SPR landscape /li li Experience with information governance and data-sharing principles /li /ul ul li Strong stakeholder engagement /li li Excellent communication /li li Organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities /li li APIs /li li FHIR /li li HL7 /li /ul
