Job summaryPML are seeking a highly motivated
and experienced Senior Practice Operations Manager. The role is responsible for developing strategy and operational
plans for Banbury Cross Health Centre, ensuring delivery of safe, effective and
sustainable patient care and outcomes aligned to organisational objectives. This role leads complex services and integrates
multiple disciplines, with accountability for performance, resource management
and profit and loss.

The ideal candidate will have a high degree of
autonomy, applying strategic insight and judgement to coordinate activity
across functions, set performance standards and create clear alignment to
strategic goals, while influencing stakeholders and contributing to wider
organisational decisionmaking.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed
in all commercial matters and be a competent leader able to provide guidance
that enhances performance in line with organisational values. They will
ensure the effectiveness of Banbury Cross Health Centre's activities drive sustainable development and
