Join a collaborative leadership team and help unlock people potential at scale. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li career development /li li flexible working /li li wellbeing /li li staff recognition scheme /li li Cycle to Work /li li car lease schemes /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead and coordinate Pharmacy Clinical Services and Education Training teams across all sites. /li li Ensure high-quality, patient-centered service delivery consistent across Trust sites. /li li Ensure compliance with regulations, best practice, and legal requirements; set service standards and monitor performance. /li li Develop, train, motivate and support staff within the department. /li li Support development and implementation of annual business plans and service strategies. /li li Act as Operational Site Lead in the absence of Deputy Chief Pharmacists; deputise at meetings as required. /li li Provide expert clinical pharmacy services in line with national guidance and legislation. /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Significant staff management experience within clinical/clinical support services /li li Extensive experience as a clinical pharmacist practitioner with hospital pharmacy practice /li li Ability to present and justify therapeutic options to patients /li li Experience in developing and delivering training and education /li li Experience with clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives /li li Ability to influence senior pharmacy and medical staff and manage stakeholders /li li Strategic thinking and service development planning /li li Understanding of national and local priorities and governance /li /ul ul li leadership and people development /li li influencing and negotiation with senior stakeholders /li li strategic thinking and foresight /li li clinical audit /li li quality improvement initiatives /li li regulatory compliance /li /ul
