Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based GP services to patients and partner services
- Support achievement of QOF targets and lead on a clinical area
- Contribute to service development and the efficient running of the practice
- Participate in change management and clinical audits
- Engage in ongoing professional development and mandatory training
- Support training and development activities and oversee clinical education
- Collaborate with leadership to drive improvement across Primary Care and at network level
- Provide supervision and support to other clinical staff (nurses, ACPs)
- Attend and contribute to routine incidents and complaints management process
- Be flexible to travel to other sites within the organisation
Tasks
- Registered GP on the General Practitioner Register (GMC)
