We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Administration team at HMP Bullingdon, a category B Prison located in Bicester, Oxfordshire. HMP Bullingdon is a busy male remand prison based with a capacity for 1,100 inmates. There is free parking on site. We are recruiting for an Administrator to support the wider healthcare team. Previous administration experience within healthcare and use of SystmOne would be beneficial. Hours are Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700.

Salary: This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £28,575 per annum.

Main duties of the job:

  • Contribute to the delivery of administration services to the healthcare team on site
  • Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks
  • Working on SystemOne
  • Booking appointments
  • Dealing with referrals
  • Organising gate passes for visitors
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Other general admin duties

Qualifications required:

  • English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
  • Previous admin experience within healthcare (desirable)
