They need to be motivated and enthusiastic about the benefits of clinical pharmacist involvement in medical education, understand the drivers but also the external pressures of this role. It will involve working with the lead pharmacist, Trust Clinical Education team, the wider regional groups and HEIs to develop and deliver the highest quality teaching and training to our medical staff both at undergraduate and postgraduate level. The candidate will be able to design and develop teaching in areas such as safe prescribing, medicines optimisation, therapeutics and calculations.
