Job summaryWe have an exciting opportunity for motivated and forward-thinking Clinical Pharmacists to join the Haematology Pharmacy Team within Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.These newly established posts have been created following a successful business case to enhance specialist pharmacy services for Haematology patients across the Health Board. Successful candidates will work closely with the multidisciplinary haematology team while providing cross-site support to outpatient and inpatient haematology services.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical pharmacist to develop advanced practice within a specialist service, helping to shape pharmacy provision as the service expands. Working alongside Consultants, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists and wider pharmacy colleagues, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care for patients with haematological conditions.Successful candidates will be supported to lead service improvements, contribute to medicines optimisation initiatives and help deliver the Health Board's vision for a modern, innovative haematology pharmacy service.Base: To be agreed.
