Beacon Brook Center for Health & Rehabilitation, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is seeking a qualified Nursing Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. The role involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining compliance with nursing standards, and fostering a supportive, collaborative work environment.
Shift Schedule
- RN Supervisor 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (24 hours)
- RN Supervisor 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (8 hours)
What You'll Do
As a Nursing Supervisor, you will provide leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight to ensure high‑quality care delivery and a safe, clean environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide nursing staff to maintain high‑quality care delivery
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
