National Grid is hiring a Performance Analyst - This position is based from our Warwick office however we offer flexible hybrid working options.
Job Purpose
Undertake complex analysis of key Performance Indicators for project and portfolio data against baselined data identifying information, insights and reporting that will aid recommendations to improve/optimise delivery and supply chain performance. Support the Performance Manager in their role to provide a quality advisory service to the construction strategy team and wider stakeholders with all Portfolio KPI advisory insights. Maintain data quality and consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Support establishment of baseline for KPIs at Investment/Portfolio level
- Complete monthly supplier Delivery Partner reports and data analysis including trending and narrative
- Support portfolio reporting for all schemes, including the supply chain derived data for internal/external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Construction Strategy and Portfolio Team to support the optimisation of internal/external delivery constraints
- Work closely and support the KPI Stakeholder RACI
- Provide general data analysis and maintain data quality as required
About You
- Interpersonal, Supervisory or Management: Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Technical or Specialist: Data analysis (Complex), Expert user of Excel, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to analyse core system data and provide reporting information, Meticulous attention to detail
- Ideally experience of: Working knowledge/interest of Key Performance Indicators (Safety, Time, Allocation, Contract Management, Cost and Growth & Value), Project/Project Controls/Coordination, Execution Planning - deadline driven
