This role is based in Warwick and operates under a hybrid working model. You’ll play a key role in leading the successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives, supporting critical operations across our enterprise.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high‑impact IT and Digital projects that support critical business operations across both the UK and US. You’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end delivery, leading initiatives from initial concept and planning through to successful execution and realisation of business value. Operating in a fast‑paced, complex environment, you’ll work across multiple stakeholder groups and supplier partners, ensuring alignment at every stage of the project lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for navigating competing priorities, managing risk, and maintaining strong governance, all while keeping delivery on track and focused on outcomes that truly matter to the business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery – from initial idea through to successful deployment and closure
- Build and maintain clear, actionable plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Keep delivery on track by actively managing scope, timelines, budget, and quality
- Take full ownership of RAID (risks, issues, actions, dependencies) and critical integration points
- Use data, insights, and performance metrics to drive smarter, faster decisions
Governance & Assurance
- Ensure robust governance by applying frameworks and stage‑gate controls throughout delivery
- Provide clear, confident updates to governance forums and senior stakeholders
- Proactively identify and escalates risks, issues, and changes to keep projects moving
- Maintain alignment with architecture, security, procurement, and quality standards
Financial & Commercial Management
- Own project financials – managing budgets, forecasts, and cost control with precision
- Ensure accurate financial tracking, reporting, and accountability at every stage
- Align spend to approved funding and planned outcomes
- Manage supplier commercials, ensuring strong cost performance and value delivery
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Alignment
- Build strong relationships across business, IT, and external partners
- Align delivery with strategic priorities, business demand, and technology roadmaps
- Communicate progress, risks, and key decisions with clarity and impact
- Ensure every project delivers measurable business value and outcomes
Supplier & Global Delivery
- Lead and manage third‑party suppliers to deliver against contractual commitments
- Hold partners accountable for scope, quality, cost, and timelines
- Coordinate delivery across UK, US, and global teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Seamlessly manage dependencies across teams, suppliers, and regions
Delivery Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Deliver through a hybrid model, blending structured governance with Agile practices
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams
- Drive incremental, release‑based delivery to maximise value early and often
- Ensure smooth implementation, adoption, and transition into service
- Champion continuous improvement to enhance delivery effectiveness and flow

What you’ll bring:
- A proven ability to lead delivery across cross‑functional, complex programmes, navigating ambiguity with confidence
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organisation
- Sound commercial, financial, and governance judgement, enabling smart, informed decision‑making
- Experience operating in global, regulated environments, with a clear understanding of structure, risk, and compliance
Your experience:
- A track record of delivering IT or digital projects using structured and hybrid Agile approaches
- Hands‑on experience delivering incremental, release‑based outcomes, driving continuous value through Agile methodologies
- Proven success managing complex, multi‑supplier environments and handling cross‑system dependencies
- Strong financial management and performance tracking capability, using metrics to drive delivery improvements and outcomes
- Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, PSM, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent real‑world experience

This role is offered on a full‑time basis. We are also offering hybrid working. Base location for this role will be NG House, Warwick. This role closes on 29th June however we strongly encourage candidates to submit their application as early as possible.
