The Senior Policy Manager will lead on UK policy development, collaborating with colleagues across the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Co‑leading policy governance, tracking delivery and outcomes
  • Anticipating and analysing emerging policy trends and their business impact
  • Providing expert advice to senior leaders, including Executive and Board-level input
  • Leading responses to Government consultations, legislation, and parliamentary inquiries
  • Creating compelling policy narratives, papers, and thought leadership
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships across government, industry, and academia
  • Supporting high‑profile advocacy campaigns and messaging strategies
  • Leading and developing a small, high‑performing team

You’re a strategic thinker and confident influencer, with the ability to operate at pace and at senior levels. You’ll bring:
