  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis, investigation, and resolution of complex or challenging issues.
  • Proactively build own knowledge of RIIO T3 and its impact on the industry and the business to support key decisions and advise and guide own business area.
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to improve processes through best practice and new technologies such as advanced use of Microsoft Excel, including Power Query & Power Bi, to create and improve internal financial models.
  • Lead and support the transformation of AI capabilities, embedding AI-enabled insights and automation to improve financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

What You'll Have:

  • A proactive, self‐driven approach—you're comfortable owning your workload and delivering quality work on time.
  • A practical, adaptable mindset. You stay calm in a changing environment and can flex your style to suit different stakeholders and needs.
  • Some exposure to business partnering and the confidence to engage with teams across the organisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills—you know how to build relationships, influence decisions and work well with others.
