About The Role Are you ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic, inclusive environment? We seek a passionate, experienced People Business Partner to support our people strategy for Finance & Procurement. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping shape and execute strategies that foster high performance. What You\βll Do Trusted Advisor: Provide high-quality, risk-based advice to management, building credibility as an HR professional. Strategic Partnership: Work closely with senior leaders to understand their challenges and goals, offering tailored HR guidance. People Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and talent development. Talent Management: Lead succession planning and talent reviews to nurture future leaders. Performance Coaching: Support leaders in setting expectations and coaching to improve team performance. Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to inform decisions and measure HR initiatives\β impact. Engagement Champion: Drive engagement and retention strategies, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Global Collaboration: Build relationships within the UK and US HR teams, working across the globe. Best Practice Solutions: Collaborate with HR specialists to deliver tailored solutions to business challenges. Compliance Focus: Ensure adherence to policies, minimizing grievances. About You Proven Experience: Successful track record in business partnering within a professional, commercial organization. Exceptional Communicator: Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels. Self-Starter: Motivated, adaptable, with a mindset for continuous improvement. Commercial Acumen: Ability to influence and achieve results through strategic thinking. HR Expertise: Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships and providing risk-based advice in complex organizations. Change Management: Experience in organizational design and change initiatives. Talent Development: Skilled in developing talent and succession plans. Emotional Intelligence: Ability to engage in courageous conversations, coaching, and influencing. What You\βll Get Competitive Salary: circa Β£62,000 β Β£74,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience. Bonus: Up to 15% of salary for performance.
