This role covers operational teams across North and South Wales at Pentir and Swansea and West of England at Bristol and Wolverhampton with occasional travel to these sites. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Operations Scheduling Assistant to support our Overhead Lines (OHL) Operational Planning team. In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver the operational plan, ensuring work is resourced, scheduled, and completed to meet targets — keeping our projects on track and our teams supported.
In this role, you’ll help manage a rolling plan of operational, unlicensed, and capital works within the 0–1-year timeframe. You’ll support the OHL Planning Assistants with updates and changes, while working closely with Operations Managers, OHL Team Engineers, and OHL Project Leaders to keep schedules on track and resources in place. From coordinating outages and routine work to raising work orders and supporting day-to-day planning actions, you’ll play a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also look for smart ways to bundle tasks together, helping us work more efficiently, while ensuring compliance, safety, and delivery across our OHL teams.

Pay and Benefits:
£36,343 to £38,481 pa depending on experience + Bonus (2025 up to 4%) + Contribution Pension Max total up to 18%. 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday 26 days annual leave plus 8 statutory days.
