Join National Grid and start a career in the electricity industry?
We're looking for a practically skilled, can-do individual to join our team as a Maintenance Assistant on high-voltage equipment. You'll undertake site routines and condition monitoring of substation equipment by following digital work instructions on an iPad, use tools with confidence, and know how to spot when something’s not quite right. It can be repetitive, but always important. We'll give you everything you need - training, tools and PPE, and the support to build a long-term career in the energy sector. All you need to bring is practical know-how, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
