The Treasury Finance team plays a vital role in providing comprehensive reporting for Group Treasury and is at the forefront of financial operations, reporting, and business partnering within a £45bn financing portfolio, numerous hedging derivatives and £1.8bn in financing costs.
As a Manager - Treasury Financial Reporting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial and management accounting for our UK and US Treasury activities and will collaborate with a multi‑faced Treasury function, engaging with teams across debt capital markets, short‑term funding, risk management, corporate finance, and cash management.
You’ll capture accurate data for accounting in our Treasury management system (Quantum and Bloomberg HEFF) as well as integrate data into our reporting ledgers (SAP and BPC) and will be at the forefront of business interactions during deal executions. This role offers significant opportunities to enhance your technical accounting skills while gaining valuable exposure to Treasury execution and operations. You will be part of a forward‑thinking finance strategy aimed at establishing a world‑class function.
This role will be based out of our London office (located at the Strand), and you can enjoy our hybrid working from office (3 days) and home.
What You’ll Have:- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent) and working towards AMCT or qualified.
- Knowledgeable in technical accounting under IFRS and UK GAAP, particularly in financial instruments (IFRS 9 and IFRS 7).
- A strong understanding of treasury financial instruments and hedge accounting.
- Strong analytical thinker with excellent financial reporting skills.
- Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and committed to delivering professional results.
- Effective communicator with outstanding teamwork abilities.
- Experienced with Treasury management systems (Quantum, Bloomberg HEFF), SAP/SAP4Hana, or BPC.

What You’ll Get:A competitive salary of up to £85,000 – dependent on capability. As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance with an on‑target being 20% (with a maximum of 40%) and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%. You will also have access to a number of flexible benefits such as a share incentive plan, salary sacrifice car and technology schemes, support via employee assistance lines and matched charity giving to name a few.
