Join our South West & Wales Control Centre Team as a Team Leader within our Control Operations Support function. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the smooth running of our Control Centre operations by leading a team that plays a vital part in our service delivery. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, supporting your team to excel, maximising potential and ensuring they’re equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
This is a full‑time, 37‑hour‑per‑week role based in our Cardiff depot, requiring you to be on site five days a week. Whilst your core working pattern will follow daytime office hours, there may be occasions where you are needed to be flexible to provide shift cover or to support operational needs especially during storm periods.
In this position, you will manage a team of Control Support Staff who work a variety of shift patterns, including days, evenings, weekends.
