Main Responsibilities

  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for Flexibility Service Providers (FSPs), supporting their end-to-end participation journey from initial engagement to onboarding, trading support and settlement processes.
  • Contribute to the marketing and promotion of flexibility opportunities across various channels, helping to grow participation in the market.
  • Prepare and maintain market documentation, including website contents and guidance documents.
  • Support the management of customer relationships, ensuring FSPs receive accurate information and timely responses to queries.
  • Maintain and update internal systems to track customer interactions and support the monitoring of FSP performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of flexibility services.
  • Act as an internal advocate for FSPs, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and ensuring that new products, processes and systems deliver genuine value.

Ideal Candidate

  • Basic understanding or strong interest in energy markets or flexibility services.
  • Commercial background or experience supporting procurement, contracts or customer onboarding (advantageous but not essential).
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with data and systems (e.g., Excel, CRM tools) with good attention to detail.
  • Proactive, problem‑solving mindset, able to identify issues and escalate where appropriate.
  • Well organised and reliable, able to manage multiple priorities and work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to understand the impact of activities on customers, the public and the environment, confident in managing the health, safety and quality of work.
  • Flexible attitude, willing to undertake other duties as required.
  • Will meet a satisfactory Barring Service or DBS check, as required.
