Job Purpose

This role provides central PMO, delivery accountability, and operational support to the Group Head of Strategy, and the wider SIMA leadership team.

The role ensures board paper and project coordination, work prioritisation, and the delivery of strategic initiatives across Strategy, Innovation, and Market Analytics.

This role will operate as an individual contributor but utilising strong influencing and stakeholder skills to align teams and enable delivery.

They will sit as a member of the SIMA LT.

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree-level, and/or equivalent relevant experience in programme delivery, strategy, or business operations.
  • Strong PMO and corporate strategy delivery experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management, especially at a senior leadership level.
  • Effective indirect influence across matrixed and complex organisations.
  • Clear executive communication skills
  • Ability to utilise AI tools to improve and simplify delivery across the broader team.
