Are you passionate about delivering exceptional recruitment experiences? As a Global Recruitment Advisor, you’ll play a key role in our Recruitment Operations team, supporting permanent hiring across National Grid’s UK operations for both Core and Group functions.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment process—coordinating interviews, managing Right to Work checks, and triaging queries from shared mailboxes. You’ll also provide vital administrative support, including raising new vendors, processing Purchase Orders, and partnering with our New Talent Programs team to help shape the future of our workforce.

This role is based out of our Warwick office, and we’d hope to see you at least two days per week, but you’re welcome to be in the office more often if that would work best for you. We’re happy to discuss any additional flexibility in working patterns or requirements that you feel could help to make this job work for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, prepare packs, confirm details, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Candidate Engagement: Communicate via phone and email, provide timely information, and manage post-offer queries.
  • Compliance & Admin: Handle Right to Work checks, maintain GDPR compliance, and manage vendor requests and Purchase Orders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition partners, Hiring Managers, and People Services to resolve queries and keep processes running efficiently.
  • New Talent Support: Organise assessment centres and career events, process candidate expenses, and assist with onboarding requirements.
  • System & Process Management: Use ATS (SuccessFactors/MyHub) for scheduling and updates, contribute to process improvements, and maintain accurate records.

What You’ll Have:

  • Recruitment or Admin Background: Ideally, experience in recruitment administration or a role requiring strong coordination and stakeholder interaction.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: You’ll pride yourself on accuracy and a \”right first time\” approach, ensuring smooth processes and a great candidate experience.
  • Data Management Awareness: Understanding the importance of maintaining accurate records and compliance, with a proactive approach to handling sensitive information.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Confident in engaging with candidates and stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Customer Service Mindset: A natural ability to deliver a positive experience, resolve queries efficiently, and build strong relationships.
  • Organisational Strength: Skilled at managing multiple priorities, inboxes, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience using an ATS or similar HR systems is beneficial, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Comfortable using initiative to adapt to changing priorities and find solutions quickly.

What You’ll Get:

A competitive starting salary of ÂŁ33,323.

As well as your base salary you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
