This role will be a part of a small team of Business Resilience professionals that are responsible for the Contingency Planning operations in both the UK and US. We offer flexible hybrid working arrangements. We’d hope to see you in our Warwick office one or two days a week, and you’ll also need to be flexible to travel to other offices as required.
Please note, interviews will be held for this position on 3rd and 5th February 2026.
What you’ll do:
- Implement different facets of the Business Continuity Management cycle, including completing and supporting business partners in the completion of Business Impact Analysis (BIA’s), developing and maintaining Business Continuity Plans, and exercising said plans.
- Seek opportunities to advance the Business Resilience program through the development of new best practices and program improvement.
- Challenge the "norms" with Business Resilience and seek ways to develop efficiencies within the program.
- Collaborate and build cross-functional partnerships across the organisations such as corporate service partners, business unit management, and the Business Resiliency community.
- Support the Director on special projects related to Business Resilience.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Business Continuity Institute (BCI) certification - may attain within one year of hire.
- Experience in Business Continuity/Resilience/BCP, minimum 3 years.
- Experience with Business Continuity software programs.
- Project Management and/or program management skills.
- Experience giving presentations, comfortable dealing with management at a senior level.
- Stakeholder management experience.
What you’ll get:
A competitive salary between £57,000 - £63,000 per annum - dependent on capability. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
