Based in our London office on The Strand, this predominantly office‑based role requires close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the strategic planning and day‑to‑day management of facilities services across your portfolio of sites.
- Act as the key point of contact for workplace, facilities and property‑related matters.
- Manage hard and soft facilities management service providers to ensure exceptional service, compliance and value for money.
- Champion a strong safety, health, environmental and security culture across sites and suppliers.
- Ensure buildings meet statutory obligations and National Grid governance standards.
- Identify and resolve operational, environmental and safety risks.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain a visible on‑site presence.
- Support projects, workplace changes and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance.
What You’ll Have
- Experience within facilities management, property management or workplace operations.
- Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services, statutory compliance and workplace best practice.
- Experience managing suppliers and holding partners accountable for performance and service delivery.
- A good understanding of building services, including mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- The ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
- Membership of, or working towards membership of, IWFM, BIFM, IOSH or an equivalent professional body.
- NEBOSH Certificate and a full UK driving licence.
