Job Purpose
The Colleague Communication and Engagement Specialist for Electricity Transmission (ET) is responsible for helping to deliver colleague communications across the ET business. This role will be part of a team helping to bring our purpose, vision, and values to life across the ET business.
What You’ll Do
- Draft, implement and measure colleague communications and engagement plans for issues, projects and programmes within Electricity Transmission.
- Draft and edit messages and produce engaging content for business-wide and local employee communications channels, including blogs, Grid:home copy, Viva Engage posts.
