In this role, you will design and deliver innovative, enterprise-grade solutions that power critical operations across the business. You will bring your expertise in ServiceNow architecture, development best practices, and platform governance to create scalable, high-quality solutions. What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions following best practices and standards.
- Monitor platform health, usage, and compliance.
- Collaborate on upgrade strategies and implement major version upgrades and patches.
- Leverage plug-ins and app store components for integrations and development.
- Capture business requirements in an agile way and deliver reusable workflows that drive performance.
- Validate change requests and manage platform demands.
- Set standards for Mid Server deployment and usage.
- Conduct security and performance audits with remediation.
- Expert JavaScript development skills and experience with Core Java, Web Services, and Jelly scripting.
- Strong analytical ability to turn complex business needs into smart solutions.
- Skilled at balancing business, cost, and technology priorities to deliver the best outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum environment and manage multiple projects.

- Competitive Salary: circa £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (based on capability, and experience)
