Main Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an excellent communicator who has the ability to build strong relationships with our customers. A problem solver who is organized and can plan ahead. You must have a proven track record of managing teams, including managing and driving performance, and experience of being the point of escalation for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • You must hold a full, valid UK/EU driving licence as you will be required to carry out site visits.

Team Leader Position

An opportunity is available for a Team Leader based at who will report to the Field Operations Team Manager and will be responsible for leading a group of Craft (operational) staff. The key focus of this role is to lead an efficient and productive team across a region. Key considerations for the successful running of your team include ensuring they are working compliantly within H&S policies, coordinating programmes of work for them to undertake, maximising efficiencies in delivery, ensuring your team has the appropriate development and authorisations and effectively managing performance on a 1:1 basis. This is a crucial role to help drive forward performance and give our large teams the support they need in the field. Depending on experience, you may initially be appointed at a lower salary until all relevant courses and training are complete.
