As we generate momentum in the energy transition for all, we don’t plan on leaving any of our customers in the dark. We’re looking for a passionate Analyst - OTC to join our UK OTC team. The OTC analyst is responsible for leading the banking process ensuring banking transactions are recorded in a timely manner whilst supporting the processing of payments underpinned by operating within a SOX environment.
Provide support to the cash collections processes cover and support for the senior analyst, to help manage the OTC activities/portfolios for credit risk, cash collection, banking and billing. The Analyst will deliver process excellence initiatives and evolution alongside developing and maintaining relationships with key business functions thereby enhancing the value offered by the OTC & Banking Team, both onshore and offshore.
What You’ll Do
- Banking operations; Effectively execute the banking function by:
- Cash Allocation
- Cashflow Reporting to Treasury
- Direct Debit Management
- Support the payments process and root cause analysis for rejections
- Banking queries
- Ledger maintenance reporting from S4
- Chasing customer to discuss overdue invoices
- Investigation of unallocated cash
- Processing refund requests
What You’ll Have
- A finance background is essential.
- Specific knowledge of O2C/Accounts Receivable, Cash Collection and Banking activities is advantageous.
- Specific system knowledge (SAP, Bottomline, ServiceNow).
- Project management / process controls.
- Key metrics reporting, governance and escalation management.
- Pragmatic can adapt quickly to a changing environment and can adapt approaches and utilise and align skills to different customer groups.
- Ability to set and manage customer expectations and manage key stakeholder.
- Front desk management and managing internal and external customers.

What You’ll Get
Up to 40,706 dependent on experience. As well as your base salary you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%. This role is based out of our Warwick office and we’d hope to see you in the office twice per week.
