  • Supporting the development and delivery of safety training, workshops and awareness initiatives.
  • Representing National Grid within industry forums and collaborating with external stakeholders to identify and share best practice.
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement by identifying new approaches, technologies and industry developments that enhance safety performance.

Experience supporting or conducting audits, inspections, investigations and assurance activities.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and develop meaningful recommendations.

Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Experience creating technical reports, presentations and safety documentation.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally as required.

  • Technical background or operational experience within electrical transmission, distribution or utility environments.
