As part of the Nemo Link finance team, this role will support the smooth running of key finance processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, cashbooks, month‑end reporting and budget holder support. We’re happy to discuss any additional flexibility in working patterns or requirements that you feel could help to make this job work for you!

  • Contribute to elements of monthly accounting and reporting (closing ledgers, accruals & prepayments, reconciliations, FX translations, audit deliverables, etc).
  • Provide support for a number of Nemo budget holders, providing insights on spend and managing purchase orders.
  • Support the wider Nemo team with finance administration activities.

What You’ll Have

  • Experience of financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking and month end processes.
  • A confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the business, whilst embracing cultural differences.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data, accounting systems, financial controls, reconciliations and reporting deadlines.
  • Able to use initiative, manage competing priorities and identify practical ways to improve processes in a changing environment.
  • Experience supporting financial reporting and budget holder reporting.
  • Focused on the detail with a high level of accuracy, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • AAT or equivalent would be advantageous.
