The Transformation Programme Analyst will report directly to the Director, Enterprise Transformation delivery to support the development and delivery of the enterprise transformation delivery plan across National Grid’s strategic priorities.

National Grid is hiring a Transformation Programme Analyst for our Enterprise Transformation team in Warwick. This is a hybrid role offering flexible working; we expect you to be in Warwick 1-2 times a week.

About The Role

In this role, you will track the progress of major projects and initiatives, analyse risks, and recommend corrective actions while drawing key insights and highlighting concerns across a portfolio of programs to key stakeholders. You will collaborate with Strategy & Transformation and Functional teams, supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Assist in driving key programme insights and highlighting key interdependencies through effective reporting across several programmes and effectively communicating key takeaways.
  2. Development and execution of good executive written and verbal communication briefs.
  3. Support the development of executive presentations to provide insights on Enterprise Transformation progress, risks, and opportunities to the CEO and Group Executives.
  4. Provide Delivery and Assurance support on specific programs as needed.

About You

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in digital projects and experience working in a program capacity, including program analysis and risk management, ideally within a PMO environment. Your analytical skills and proactive problem-solving approach will enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement. We want to see:

  • Experience in analysis of project reporting and data skills and project management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, iterate, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Educated to a degree level / equivalent to bachelor’s degree, or hold relevant industry qualifications.

What You’ll Get

A competitive salary between £46,000 – £55,000 – dependent on capability.
