We have an exciting opportunity for Consultants to join our team. In return, you will receive a competitive salary. Due to increased demand for our quality assured consultancy and training services we are growing our team.
We are looking for governance consultants committed to helping others to improve governance who have experience of multi-academy trust governance and are also able to confidently deliver training, both face-to-face and virtually. In particular, we need consultants who are based in the following regions:
- Kent
- Sussex
- Surrey
- Hereford
- Worcestershire
- Gloucestershire
- West Midlands
- Shropshire
- Greater Manchester
- Lancashire
- Yorkshire
- Oxfordshire/M4 corridor
In addition to strong governance expertise, we are looking to recruit consultants who also have at least one of the following skills:
- HR expertise
- MAT executive leadership
- Strategic leadership/organisational development in large organisations
- Corporate/charity/public sector governance
- Conducting recent Ofsted inspections
- Conducting independent investigations (e.g. complaint, grievance)
