As Security Supply Chain Lead Analyst, you will play a key role in protecting our supply chain by managing security risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. Through proactive risk assessment, ongoing monitoring, and continuous improvement, you’ll help strengthen the resilience and integrity of our end‑to‑end supply chain.

About The Role

  • Apply end‑to‑end supply chain risk management frameworks, ensuring policies and processes are followed across the supplier lifecycle.
  • Lead supply chain security risk assessments to help the organisation identify, understand and manage potential threats.
  • Oversee risk assessments for essential service suppliers, including control evaluation, evidence capture, compliance checks, mitigation tracking and supplier engagement.
  • Support regulatory audits (particularly NIS and CAF) ensuring full compliance with requirements and internal policies.
  • Coordinate and assure risk mitigation actions, ensuring timely review, documentation and closure.
  • Maintain and develop security policies and standards, working with GRC and keeping pace with emerging technologies and threats.
  • Influence and coach internal teams and suppliers on security best practice while managing risk assessment workflows.
  • Mentor analysts and drive continuous improvement of the supply chain management system.

About You

  • Strong knowledge of cyber security, risk management, security frameworks, and relevant regulations, with proven supply chain security experience.
  • Ability to translate complex supply chain risks into clear business‑focused solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on experience with cyber security frameworks such as NIST, CAF and ISO 27001.
  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, ISO 27001) or equivalent experience.
  • Practical experience using third‑party risk management (TPRM) tools and platforms.
  • Experience building and maintaining effective supplier relationships.
  • Confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across technical, regulatory and supplier functions, communicating persuasively at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Excellent written communication skills, producing clear, accurate and impactful reports and guidance.
