Personal Assistant, Warwick (Hybrid) – £34,343 to £36,363 plus benefits

National Gas is the national gas transmission network. We transport gas throughout Great Britain, repair and maintain gas pipelines, and manage the meters that allow millions of homes and businesses to access the energy they need. Our purpose is to secure Britain's energy.
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to up to four directors within a fast‑paced, corporate environment.
This is a critical role requiring a confident individual who is accustomed to supporting senior stakeholders, managing complex priorities, and operating with a high degree of discretion. You will act as a trusted partner to the Directors, ensuring efficient coordination of business activities and enabling effective decision‑making.
This is a full‑time position, based in Warwick, with hybrid working (3 days minimum onsite).
About the role
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively managing multiple complex diaries to optimise Directors’ time and priorities
- Coordinating extensive travel arrangements, including creating detailed itineraries
- Supporting the onboarding of new starters, ensuring all systems, equipment, and access requirements are in place
- Organising and coordinating meetings, including making room bookings and catering arrangements
- Providing administrative support for team meetings
- Processing expenses, invoices, and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Drafting and preparing correspondence and documentation for senior‑level review
- Supporting the preparation of presentations and key materials
