We transport gas throughout Great Britain, repair and maintain gas pipelines, and manage the meters that allow millions of homes and businesses to access the energy they need. We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor in our newly formed Scotland and North region. You'll have full accountability for supporting the Region, managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from vacancy brief to offer—while promoting our brand and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. This role will be based from our Livingston office with hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office or on location with occasional travel to our HQ in Warwick to collaborate with the rest of the Recruitment team. - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with efficiency and impact.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Tailor job adverts to attract top talent in creative and engaging ways.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and professional networks.

- Maintain and grow a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Use data and analytics to refine recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.
About you:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
- Expertise in sourcing tools, ATS systems, and candidate management platforms.
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
- A passion for innovative recruitment techniques and candidate sourcing.

- Salary £38,799 to £45,622
- Annual bonus of 6% based on personal and company performance.
