We are seeking an enthusiastic Workforce Engagement Coordinator to join our team to aid internal communications and create content to share across internal channels. JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Workforce Engagement Coordinator, you will support the delivery of clear, engaging, and timely communications that connect colleagues to organisational priorities, values, and culture. You will ensure employees and associates are informed, engaged, and able to collaborate effectively. You will also be responsible for supporting organisational change through effective communication.

Key responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit and design engaging content for internal channels, including newsletters, intranet and all staff announcements.
  • Assist in planning and delivering internal events and campaigns that promote collaboration and inclusion.
  • Maintain and update dedicated sections of the intranet.
  • Attend internal events, launches, and knowledge-sharing sessions to capture photos and key highlights.
  • Coordinate employee and Associate surveys and gather feedback on internal communications effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance to teams on internal communication best practices.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential skills and experience:

  • Microsoft Office literate and confident working with digital marketing and internal communication platforms.
  • Proven experience creating and editing content for different audiences and coordinating communications campaigns.
  • A strong attention to detail and good grasp of written English.
  • Experience supporting change communication initiatives.
  • Ability to work with creative platforms such as Canva, Photoshop etc to produce communications supported by engaging design and layout.
  • Prioritising tasks effectively, adapting to changing deadlines, and ensuring projects stay on track.
