Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover - 12 months

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £40,500 - £42,500 per annum (including car allowance)

The Role: As part of our team, you will understand the impact of a safe, supportive home. Your role involves helping vulnerable children find foster homes, supervising and advising foster carers, and ensuring both carers and children receive the support needed to thrive. You will visit homes, maintain contact, and collaborate with clinical teams to provide tailored support, including therapy options and trauma-focused care. Your commitment will ensure high standards and inspire carers to achieve their potential, making a significant positive impact on young lives.

Who We Are Looking For: You should be passionate about creating positive futures for children, confident, imaginative, and hold a BA or MA in social work, with registration and a full driving license. Experience working with traumatized young people and a proactive, supportive attitude are essential. You should be eager to take responsibility and contribute to the team's success.
