As an IT Support Technician, you will manage, investigate, and resolve service desk incidents, problems, and requests across the business. You'll provide technical support, deliver effective solutions, and help maintain IT services across our UK offices. This is a varied, fast‑paced role offering excellent opportunities to develop your technical skills within a complex organisation. Previous experience is desirable, but not essential – we provide full on‑the‑job training. Initially, the role will focus primarily on telephone‑based support, using remote management tools such as ConnectWise Automate.

We’re looking for a motivated problem‑solver who enjoys helping colleagues, delivering excellent customer service, and developing their technical skills. In return, we’ll provide training in Active Directory, MDM, printers, telephony systems, file permissions, and application configuration.
